Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for each KANPAI purchase option, including monthly subscriptions, one-time passes, and promotional offers.

By purchasing any KANPAI service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

 Cancellation of Future Billing

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

Cancellation will stop future renewal charges.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

 No Refunds for Current Billing Period

Once a billing cycle has started, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

No prorated refunds are provided for unused time, missed events, or non-attendance.

2. One-Time Purchase Cancellation

 Standard Policy

One-time bar hopping passes are non-refundable once purchased.

 Limited Cancellation Exception

Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event start time may be reviewed.

Approval is subject to availability and operational considerations.

Approved cancellations may receive:

- A refund, or

- Credit toward a future KANPAI event

All decisions are at KANPAI’s discretion.

3. Promotional, Discounted, and Partner Offers

Purchases made using promo codes, referral rewards, or partner pricing are non-refundable.

Promotional offers cannot be canceled or exchanged once redeemed.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by KANPAI

If KANPAI cancels an event, participants will receive:

- A refund, or

- Credit for a future event or subscription period

Changes to event time, bar route, venues, or after-parties do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

5. Access Removal After Cancellation

Upon subscription cancellation:

- Group chat access (LINE / WhatsApp) will be removed after the active period ends

- Event participation ends with the billing cycle

6. How to Cancel

Cancellations must be completed through:

The original purchase platform (Shopify, Wix, etc.), or

Official KANPAI support channels

Late requests, no-shows, or failure to attend do not qualify as cancellations.

7. Policy Updates

KANPAI reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the official website.
